How is the InsituStain controlled and programmed? The InsituStain is operated by an internal CPU. The method is programmed using an easy-to-use Windows-based software and transferred by a miniSD memory card to the machine.
Does the InsituStain require a computer? As the InsituStain requires a Windows based software to create a method, a PC is needed for the Windows editor. One miniSD card and the card reader to read it from the computer are included with the InsituStain.
Are different software versions required for each hardware configuration? No, the operation software is able to handle all configurations. A method file is created for each work area. To use one established method for different work areas, a parameter in the software is simply changed according to the size of the work area.
Can the user create their own protocols? Of course the user can create a customized protocol. INTAVIS recommends to start with the predefined template protocols as most parameters have been set to their optimum in these.
Can different users have their own protocols? Every user can create their own protocols and save it to their own miniSD card.
