The MultiPep RS and ResPep SL are fully automated tabletop peptide synthesizer. Exchangeable modules
cover synthesis scales for screenings with hundreds of peptides in
parallel, the affordable production of speciality peptides in
microcolumns or plates to the large scale synthesis of 100 mg peptide or more.
The SPOT Upgrades for MultiPep RS and ResPep SL allow fully automated synthesis of peptide arrays on membranes.
Easy to set up and use, both instruments are equally suited to use in core facilities, biological focused
laboratories and synthesis units.
The MultiPep RS is an automated multiple peptide synthesizer based on a pipetting robot operated by a dedicated PC software. Synthesis is being performed in 96 well filter plates, in disposable columns or on membranes (SPOT method).
The ResPep SL is a fully automated tabletop peptide synthesizer. The chemistry is optimized for Fmoc-based peptide synthesis with standard activation by PyBOP, HBTU, DIC/HOBt or a similar protocol. Additional modules for large scales, micro scale and SPOT synthesis are available.
The AutoSpot SL is an instrument for semi-automated synthesis of membrane-bound peptides. The SPOT method was originally developed by Ronald Frank and can be used to generate libraries of peptides for a wide range of applications.
The Slide Spotting Robot is an instrument for preparation of CelluSpots™ arrays on coated microscope slides. Alternatively dot blots or other pipetting procedures can be automated.
